Advise on moving to on Jobseeker

Hello , I am new to this forum and want to reach out to people to gather more information about relocation to .

I have lived in US for a decade . Planning to relocate on jobseeker visa. Can any one advise on what level of language proficiency is expected at the consulate (A2/B1) ? I am now at A1. Is there an age cut off or limit to apply? I am 40yrs now.

I am into full stack and cloud technologies. How long does it take n an average to land up in a job with 18+ys hands on experience as a developer.

Are you a US citizen? If you are a US citizen you could in therory travel to visa free, look for a job and adjust your status to resident if you find employment within your 90 days of your visa free stay. I say in theory because it will be very difficult to find a job, especially with only limited German skills. Language proficiency is only relevant if you need a visa to enter and you are not a citizen from countries with a preferred status, such as the U.S.

thank you for your response. I am NOT a US citizen. I learnt about the oppurtunity card introduced by last year. However, I am not certain if I stand a chance to get it as I am 45yrs.
