I applied for a skilled assessment as a secondary school teacher via AITSL.
As additional evidence, they asked me to provide a copy of the "course syllabus" of my teaching degree.
Do you guys know how detailed it should be? Is it OK if it is just an overview of the course and of its main subjects, with some key information about the content, study outcomes and assessment method of each of them (one-two pages in total for the entire course), or does it have to contain an extensive description of each subject completed (objectives, subject content, materials, examination methods, all the primary and secondary subject material, time commitment etc.).
I am asking because my university gave me a very general description of the course when asked for a syllabus and I am not sure if it is enough for the AITSL requirements.
Does anyone have any examples of syllabi which have been accepted by AITSL or has been through something similar?
Thank you!
