So after the December 2023 ConCourt ruling we expected a new category for parents to South African Citizen minor children so they could secure rights to live in the country and also no restriction regarding work. A few immmigration practitioners on Youtube or their sites report successfully getting these for clients but none spell out which visa this is listed as on VFS.
