Cheap land advice needed

Hey guys! First post for me here!

Ive ed this forum because I am a member of a group of people hoping to begin a project in Portugal in Febuary of the coming year. We plan to buy some cheap land in order to complete our goals, so I was wondering...

What is the best route to go down to find a cheap plot of land with the possibility of building upon? I am aware of various websites such as PurePortugal and Greenacres. But I have a feeling there is more options available.

The ideal location would be either around Porto or Coimbra.

Do you know of Esferareal.com? Very helpful and probably the best agents I have ever dealt with. They concentrate on the area around Pedrogao Grande (45 mins from Coimbra) where there are a lot of cheap plots, many with building permission. I also have a plot of 6500 sqm for sale with building permission, which is very close to the Cabril Lake.
