I don't really understand the question?
So long as the applicant has the job offer in writing, has completed all the documents and has provided all the necessary information and evidence to the application then the time taken to file is immediate if done online, or as long as the post takes to get there if you are not applying online. Bear in mind it could take a couple of weeks for Immigration to send out a receipt that documents/application has been received.

 

Sorry for the confusion. I was anxious to receive from the consultant because I had my medical last May and I just received last week.

anyway, in connection with my ESV application - how many months would it take for the visa approval? (they say claim it already so I am not thinking of the disapproval)

Since Essential Skills Work Visa is a temporary class visa and only obtained with a qualifying skilled job offer and ing qualification and work experience evidence the processing time is normally a matter of 3-6 weeks. It is only when there's a medical issue or another type of query does it take longer.

hello, I received a call from the immigration officer earlier re my ESV application.
Is it a normal process? and how would I know if I was able to satisfy her with my answers?
