Family of five looking for homestead, freedom from vax ports -- advice please?

Can you please help give some advice on where to look for a place to live?

We're a family of five with our three kids being between 1 and 9 yo, living in the Pacific Northwest. We're traditional Catholic (prefer the Latin mass) and our kids attend a Catholic private school. I have many years of travel experience in mostly Baja Norte, Baja Sur, and the coast of Jalisco. I used to speak fluent Spanish but can likely pick it up rapidly again. I used to live in the Caribbean, as well. We do not do vaccinations, ever, and we are against having anything to do with Covid vaccinations or ports. We're very conservative in our politics.

We currently live in the country and raise chickens and grow a large garden. I am currently looking at moving to Montana for greater freedom, and to create a larger homestead with goats, rabbits, and pigs. The downside to that is the very cold weather and the relatively poor soil for farming. In our current location we anticipate being fully segregated out of society due to our stance on vaccinations, so we cannot stay.

We can sell our house and come out of it with roughly US$700K to relocate without incurring any debt or mortgage.

What's a good place for us to check out, that would meet our needs, for raising a family across multiple generations and also for my own retirement? I'd like at least 10 or 20 acres and the ability to live off-grid, if that becomes necessary. I also don't want to have to worry about a biometric Covid port being required to live freely.

Thanks in advance, and may God bless you in this new year!

Brian

There is a lot of open land in northern mexico, the problem is it is poor and dry, and under cartel influence. I would stay away from that area (see the story about the Mormon's that got slaughtered last year if you are still thinking of it).

I am not familiar with all of Mexico, but I have driven through Campeche, Tabasco and southern Veracruz and the land there is lush and green. There seems to be a lot of cattle farming rather than crops though. No problem with growing grass, obviously. Plenty of water. Veracruz seems poorer than the other two states, because when you cross into it the road quality immediately deteriorates. There are a lot of other states with good land, I'm sure, I just haven't driven through them. And there's always something for sale, if you are willing to pay a little better than market rates (which will anyway probably be lower than US)

The problem I see is you won't want your kids attending Mexican public schools, as they are just not going to get the kind of education there that you'd want for them. Cities have private schools that you can probably afford, but then where's your farm land? You need to decide your tolerance for daily driving, assuming you'll have to drive your kids to and from school, and look for land just outside a city to have access to a private school and church.

There's no property zoning in Mexico, so you might be able to find a farm that a city has grown up next to or around and buy it. But I'm not sure how much land you're looking for, so I dont' know how likely that would be to find and suit.

Thanks. I am hoping someone can direct me to a conservative community of like-minded people who are individual private property owners who seek to protect their community while also forming a barter system and/or local currency.

We do not do vaccinations, ever,

Most public schools won't take unvaccinated children (i.e those vaccines most kids have, measles, diptheria, mumps etc etc)

How does a private Catholic school allow it...?

In the US you generally still have access to a religious or philosophical exemption, depending on the state. Private schools have the ability to allow these same exemptions.

Anti-vaxers don't care whether they are welcome anywhere or not. They seem to feel entitled to inflict themselves on everyone everywhere and don't care who they infect nor whether that leads to them being hospitalized or dying.

Just read an article about a woman in the States who died of Covid, after attending a card game. Everyone at the card game supposedly was fully vaccinated, as was the woman who died, but she was also immune-compromised, so was being especially careful. Turned out one of the players had simply lied about being vaxed, just so they could go play cards.

Their lie killed a woman, just as surely as if they had put a bullet through her head, which would have actually resulted in less suffering. These people should be charged with murder.

You are dangerous because you trust the media that you read without realizing that it is propaganda. You still fully trust a system that is corrupt and evil, which makes you an enabler of activities that are evil.

Civilization relies on science. Science relies on statistics. Statistics is telling us that the CV vaccines are intentionally contaminated, one in about every 200 batches/lots. If you are inclined to no longer be dangerous to yourself and others, you will start listening to other inputs, based in statistics, which are purely objective.... Pfizer Batch Codes and Toxicity

Let this be the standard for all moderated forums worldwide. Base your moderation in statistics instead of emotional gut feelings. A civil forum is one that is based in objective science. Fauci and Big Pharma are not using objective statistics to push their agenda.

Trad+Cath+2022: Is homeschooling not an option for you? My own children are homeschooled here in the US, as are those of my best friends, who live in Mexico full-time. I don't believe Mexican law prohibits homeschooling even for residents/citizens, although it would be worth looking into accreditation guidelines—which specifically include ing with an established platform or "umbrella school". Technically, homeschooling may be against the Constitution (Art. XXXI), but there is no penalty that I'm aware of, and Art XXVI of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, to which Mexico is a signatory states "Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children."

surabi: The other person at the card game didn't just lie about being unvaccinated. She lied about actually having tested positive for covid before the card game. In fact, I can't seem to turn up a single article about the incident that states the infected person was unvaccinated; where are you getting that information? Also, not everyone who doesn't get the covid vaccine is an anti-vaxxer. I personally know plenty of people who get all sorts of other vaccines but just not the covid one.

Likely not, but good inside joke. These wingnuts are all over every forum, they multiply like rabbits and never give up. And they all hold exactly the same views, you could have a checklist of beliefs they all subscribe to. It's like there's some factory churning them out.
