Hi all, me again, apologies. I am a USA citizen, living in the UK for the past 12 years. Husband is a UK citizen. Married in 2013. We have 3 dual citizenship children. We are moving to the USA.

I have filed the I-130 petition but am wondering if my husband receives a job offer and it qualifies for us to file via DCF (direct consular filing) via the London Embassy, we would have to revoke the petition currently being processed and refile with the Embassy, is that correct? And presumably it would be a quicker (hopefully) process?

If you husband gets a job offer, it's the company who files for the work visa not you; and it gets filed in the US.

Thanks for your reply. I was hoping that if he had received a job offer it would qualify as "exceptional circumstances" but I think I must have misread it as it states "A US citizen petitioner has a job offer from a US company" so that would be me, the US citizen. Thanks anyway.
