I was told the Paarl branch can process first time PR ID applications. A clerk at that branch also confirmed it. However, now I am reading online that Bellville is the only location that will process green ID books. I am going to try it this week so I will try to to update this post.

 

Yes Bellville is processing. Applied mine a few months ago

 

Went to Belville on Saturday and was assisted within 30mins was out
