Hi all,

New here. I recently visited South Africa for the first with my fiancee and fell in love with the Wilderness. I am in the process of buying an apartment and would like to speak to others to find out how to spend longer than 90 days. Also, what visas are available once we get married later this year. I have my own small business and work remotely.

Would love to speak anyone who can help me find the best way forward.

Hi and welcome. I asked a similar question recently and found the best way is to apply for a Relative's Visa, I'm working on that myself. I believe you can do that once married, I don't recall seeing a requirement for marriage duration. I don't know where you are from, but here's a link to what required from the US Consulate. South African Relative's Permit. And a link to the SA Home Affairs page: Department of Home Affairs - Types of Visas. Good luck!
