I want to move in and want advise from expertise
We are Non eu parents living in portugal (have 5 year and 3 year residence card) and have 3 children. My oldest child 5 years old and have 3 years residence card and other 2 children 2 year and 2 month year old have portugues citizenship.
Non eu parents want to move and live in .
My question is that can non eu parents move and live and work in under EU family reunification law as NON EU PARENTS OF EU MINOR NATION? PLEASE ADVISE ME THANKS

.

Use Google translate to convert into English. This doesn't address EU family reunification but as far as I understand this, if you had 5 years of residence in a EU country and you are a permanent resident you should easily be able to move to and maintain your resident status. So, you may have to tough it out another 2 years in Portugal...or find a job in .

Your 2 years old child can't claim family reunion and get you a resident card in . That's not how it works anywhere. You need to maintain your resident status in Portugal and after a certain time you may be able to switch from conditional to permanent resident. At that time you may be able to move to another EU country with less (no) restrictions.
