I'm being told by DHA that my process has been finilised and that my final desision was sent to VFS 2 weeks ago (I called DHA twice to the fact), but I haven't heard from VFS yet (no SMS yet), is this normal?

I have also looked for VFS number seem to not be working

I did that, I still says that my application was received at DHA in 2020

 

If you have the confirmation from DHA in some sort of tangible form, like phone recording or an email from DHA, you can reach out to VFS and request to talk to manager and notify him/her of the situation, he/she will assist you. The reason I am saying this is because it happened to me. I had an application finalized in March but the VFS site never updated the status. Then after months of waiting I wrote to DHA to in November, to which they replied that application was finalized and sent to VFS in March. VFS manager then instructed the staff to locate for the outcome, which they did after 4 hours of search in their cabinets. Apparently somehow the outcome missed the In-scan at VFS.
