I applied for PR rectification today 30 Oct 2023 and I want to know if I must have a valid visa while waiting for the outcomes or not, and how long it is generally take to be out?

I am not sure. My guess is not. Because you have Perm Res status already. You just need the certificate (i.e. the document proof of your status), rectified. But I am not 100% sure about this.

I have one last quesion if you have an idea.
The problem with my PR is that i am the one who omitted my middle names in the application form. Do you think they will still rectify it to appear similar to the one on the port?

Rectification should be fairly quick. Because that is just a fail in their quality assurance process. Otherwise the approval would have been long done - which is what takes long.
