Spitagatos seems to have a lot of overpriced stuff on there. Depends if you're trying to sell or just see what prices you think someone is willing to pay...

 

excuse my late reply, topic slipped my mind. Spitogatos is not really overpriced, chania market is expensive compared to other parts of island, but there is always negotiating room of course. Most if not all real estate agents also publish on spitogatos, so spitogatos is not more expensive compared to something else.
With what do you compare? If you know a loophole to cheap real estate in Chania do tell. 😁 A time machine does not count unless you have a working one.

In the end I went with estate agents because it Is not so bad, depending on which agent you go with. Some agents ask 2 and others dare to ask 4 percent, no way...

I think some youtubers who speak English can offer this kind of service, make a video about your property an put it on their channel. In this way, you have a nice video with the property to show it to whoever is interested in it and that video will get views every day from people interested in that area. In Crete there is a channel called sunpire that does similar things. Good luck!
