I applied for permanent residence on 31st October, 2023 SECTION 27(B) . Got an SMS today (8th April) that my PRP has been forwarded to Pretoria OC. I don't know how to feel. While I'm happy I got timely response, I'm praying for positive news.

I finally picked it up yesterday . It's positive.

why yours was rejected if may i ask ?

Yes it was rejected. Reason was o didn't submit proof of cohabitation, and shared financial responsibilities thats is 5years old and more.
But i did submit all those documents, i believe that reason for my rejection was because i didn't have a valid Residence Permit at the time my application was processed but in actual fact i already applied for renewal since 2022.then the PRP outcome was on 2023.

We are also still waiting applied for my kid in early 2022.

I phoned DHA and they advised application was moved from 1st quality assurance to 2nd quality and we don't know how long we will wait to finish 3 more stages.
